Learn to scuba dive with an Open Water Scuba Class. You begin Open Water Scuba Lessons, or Certification, with the eLearning course. Once signed up we will provide you with the eLearning Code. You will complete the eLearning in basic scuba physics, physiology, equipment, etc in the home study before attending the first pool experience. This knowledge is then applied in a pool environment where you can learn and hone in on your basic diving skills. At the completion of the home study and pool sessions, you will complete dives in an open water environment and experience first-hand the fun and excitement Scuba Diving has to offer.

Our classes are a two-weekend process, a Saturday and Sunday at ScubaToys for class and pool and then a Saturday and Sunday out at Clear Springs Scuba Park in Terrell for the Open Water Checkout Dives. There is an 8-12 hour online course that must be completed before you come to class on the date you are scheduled for. Students are responsible for their personal gear which consists of a Mask, Snorkel, Fins and Booties.

Upon completion of the class, you will be rewarded with a full Open Water Certification. You will be ready to take on the world's bodies of water. Whether it be local lakes and quarries or the vast oceans and their wonders. Take the plunge and take on a new and extraordinary world.

Because classes are a scheduled event they are non-refundable.
Classes can be rescheduled 14 or more days out for no charge. Classes rescheduled 13 days or less will incur a $50.00 rescheduling fee.
