I have been diving for 7 years now and purchased almost every single item from your store. For equipment, your store and customer service can't be beat.
I decided to email the two of you to let you know how much I appreciate your store and your staff. In 2004, I decided to take my fiance and Dad snorkeling in Cozumel on a trip. I purchased our snorkeling sets from your store. I still own those sets, but they never get used as we've upgraded a few times since. 7 years and 250 dives later, I continue to come into your store because of your staff , price, selection, and customer service. Mark, Kyle, Todd, and Wade have always been amazing to me and my family, even when we didn't buy something. I'm taking my Dad to Cozumel in 2 weeks and we are going to attempt discover scuba with him and see how he does. He's 69, just beat cancer, and it's our first ever father/son trip. I wanted to share my love of diving with him. 3 weeks ago we came in to find a mask that we could put lenses in. Kyle helped us for an hour and assured my Dad everything would be great. Last summer, I convinced my wife to get her own gear and Mark treated her like royalty, really taking the time to be patient and help her with the important things, like color of fins and BCD. This past weekend, Mark came to the rescue again and ordered wet suits for us to try for our upcoming liveaboard to Kona. They fit perfectly and my wife was so happy that he remembered her favorite color. Today, I came in to price match something and Wade and Kyle took great care of me, no questions asked.
When we travel, I always have to write down you guys website and tell them the staffs names. I've started bringing my business cards with me, with the scuba toys website already written on it. Saves time. I say all of this because as owners, it's good for you guys to know that your store is more than just a store or a business. It's a family and I always feel like I'm part of it when I enter the store. Please pass along my most sincere appreciation to all of your staff and know that wherever we travel, we will continue to sing Scuba Toys praises to anyone who will listen.

My wife and I want to personally thank you for the purchase that we made through you. We love the computers and just want to say that you are awesome, and we love your site. We had no idea that you would make things so easy on us, especially after dealing with the nut case at our local dive shop. We were talking about quitting scuba all together after the way he went on, and I just wanted to let you know that you have renewed our Joy in scuba diving. We started diving to have fun and meet new people to travel with and do things locally. We have found shops that say they are committed to having fun for everyone but in reality, they just want you to buy from them and if you don't you can hit the door. Finally back from Cozumel and wanted to take the time to say thanks for everything. Our items arrived in time for our Open Water classes in Colorado Springs and even when we had to return a couple of items for different sizes, the new items arrived in time. We completed our certification dives in Cozumel and everything worked great. What a great investment! I was extremely happy that we took your suggestions as it allowed me to gett some really good pics on the additional reef dives we did. The pictures were superb and the system worked great. My hat is off to everyone on staff that helped us out with the order and made sure we were happy with everything prior to our flying out. My wife and I just returned from a dive vacation at Little Cayman. Yes, the diving was spectacular, the weather was great and we made a boat load of new friends. But more important, was the expert advice we've received from you and your staff during the last 6 months as we've selected and purchased our gear. The Tusa split fins are smooth. Our Zeagle BCDs were great. The fit of the Zena on my wife is perfect and my Brigade was envied by the people towing big Rangers around. The regs breathed just as good at 100ft as they did at 40ft and the Atmos AI computers with quick disconnect were great. Easy to read underwater, Nitrox compatible and easily detachable for filling out the log books later on near the pool. We especially enjoyed the computer download feature for analyzing our dive performance later on at home.
Yes, all that great advice at very competitive prices. Thanks again for getting us into the sport in a first class way.

I wanted to say thank you for myself and my dive buddy Christy.
We both got our OW this month. Our classes were not at your store (which is regrettable) however we purchased our gear there. We first came in last year for some shorty suits for snorkeling and were impressed by the helpful attitudes and the number of items Scuba Toys had. We came back this year to get our mask, fins, snorkel, set up and again was met with happy people who gave great assistance and we really felt we were taken care of. Also to our pleasure some items didn’t fit as well at home as in the store and the return policy was more than fair, in fact it was shockingly simple.
We came back this weekend with a friend this weekend to buy all of our dive gear and again was met with excellent help and a good working knowledge of the product lines. I felt no rush to choose and always felt like we were able to ask as many questions as we needed. The 3 of us got all of our gear and it was all set up and tested before we left.
I asked if it’d be possible for us to rent the pool for an hour or two to test the gear before heading out to the lake. I was pleasantly surprised that we could use the pool for free! Not only that but when came in last night we were able to use the tanks and weights as well for free. Christy and I tested our gear and practiced our newly acquired skills and felt more confident as we left.
Being new to diving and having the pool time last night to get comfortable with our gear really helped us feel ready to hit the water. I’m also certain you have customers for life. It’s really not often that you find customer service that blows your mind but I sincerely want to thank the staff for making our start to diving a happy one. I believe I talked with you on the phone last month about a 2/3 wetsuit
to fit a 6 foot tall, skinny guy which I needed in two days. You shipped
me an upgrade (2.5 mm Titanium suit from Parkway) because you found
a medium tall. I wanted to tell you it worked great, and I was very
impressed with the customer service. Thanks for a great suit at a great
price. Many other divers asked about my wetsuit and I told them about
your company on-line, and emphasized the excellent customer service.
