Warranty Information

Since ScubaToys.com is an authorized dealer for all of the products we carry, any products sold through us come with a Full Manufacturers Warranty. While some stores offer you "their" warranty, which is "just as good as the original manufacturers"... This is not really the case.

Keep in mind that in just the last few years, Atomic, Sherwood, Aeris, Genesis plus many others, have had recalls on scuba equipment. If the equipment is not covered under a manufacturers warranty - not only would you have to pay to get your product fixed... you might never know there's a problem! And at a depth of 100 feet with a faulty regulator or failed BCD, you will probably not say to yourself, "Yea... but I saved a few bucks when I bought it!"

If purchased from a reputable dealer with full warranty coverage, registered owners of these items were notified - tracked by their warranty information on file with the original manufacturer, and problems corrected.

Beyond the possibility of major problems, with many products like regulators that require a yearly maintainance schedule, manufacturers have a policy of supplying free parts if the unit is under warranty. This is a savings of $20 - $50 in the first few years alone!
