Christmas Return Policy - Hassle Free!

To help our customers doing shopping for the Holidays, we extend our return policy so that any items purchased from November 10 until December 24th can be returned until January 10th for exchanges or credit, minus shipping charges, as long as all the product is in new condition with full documentation.

What about Warranty? If everything I buy covered by a full warranty??
Yes. We are an authorized dealer for everything we sell, and you will receive a full manufacturers warranty on all your products. For additional information, check out our Warranty Page.

How do you guys ship?
Fast! Normally the same day, and we normally use UPS and only charge actual shipping rates. No handling fees are added to your order. Check out our Shipping Page for more info.

What happens if I order a product, but when it arrives, I don't like it? Can I return it?
Yes, we will accept returns on unused - new products as long as they have all the original packaging materials and are returned within 14 days of delivery. You must call in advance to get a RA# before shipping any products back to us. It shall be your responsibility to carefully package and insure any deliveries. If products arrive in new condition, without damage, you will be credited for the full amount of purchase minus shipping charges. Do I have to pay sales tax?
Only if in the state of Texas. Sales Tax of 8.25% will be added if you are in Texas.

What about overseas orders?
We have gotten some incredible rates from UPS for our overseas customers. The problem is, the rates are so good, they are not reflected on our checkout screen which goes off standard UPS rates. But as an example... If you got a full reg setup with computer it will weigh about 8 lbs. Going to the UK it would be $43.31, to Australia it is $68.15, to Denmark, $49.05. If you wish, simply Email Info@Scubatoys.com and let us know what you are thinking of getting and your address, and we can work up a shipping quote for you.

Also remember that for overseas orders, there may be taxes or duties assessed by your government. It is impossible for us to know all the duties for all countries, but you should be able to check with your local customs department.

Are you guys going to sell my name to some mailing list?
No! We will not give, sell, or distribute your name to anyone!! We won't even use your name in our own mailing list unless you specifically go to our home page, or the prizes page and sign up for our mailing list.

Do I have to order on the net with my credit card?
No! You can order using your credit card, or you can send us a cashiers check or money order, send a personal check, or you can have funds wired into our account. When you get to the checkout screen, you will have options to choose from there - or call us and we'll help!

If I do order with my credit card is this safe?
Yes! We use a secure server so your credit card information is probably safer than if you purchased something in a store.

Are all these products listed new?
Yes indeed! All products are new in the box (if they come with a box). You will not find any blems, rejects or the like. Occasionally we come across one of our manufacturers offering a close out on last years models or colors, but if that is the case we will tell you in the product description.

I want someone to help me with my buying decision. Can I call and talk to someone who knows something about scuba?

I saw on your other web page you guys are an Atomic Dealer. Can I buy an Atomic Regulator from you on the net?
No... Sorry. Some manufacturers do not allow internet or mail order sales. Atomic, for example is one of them.

Yea but I saw another website that sold Atomic. Why can they do it if you can't?
Anyone selling products on the net that the manufacturer does not allow is selling "gray market" goods that will not be covered under warranty. We will not lie to our customers, and will not sell goods with filed off serial numbers, or bootlegged - unwarranted products. If you want a product that we sell, but can't sell on the net, you can come into our store to get it.

What are the shipping Charges? Handling Charges?
When you go to check out, the cart will calculate shipping charges for you. If you are in the 48 States, you will have your choice of UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2 Day, or Overnight Red Label Service. The price for each service will be listed and you may choose the service that best suits your time constraints. For Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and FPO addresses, we use priority mail.

WE DO NOT CHARGE HANDLING FEES!
We feel the prices should be the prices of the product alone, plus actual UPS Charges. Not inflated Shipping & Handling Fees.
