Scuba Tanks come in a variety of materials and sizes. And some Scuba Tanks are known as High Pressure (HP) Scuba tanks, and some are Low Pressure (LP) Scuba Tanks. It is pretty easy to get used to the way Scuba tanks are named. It's normally the metall, then the size in cubic feet that the scuba tanks holds. For example an "Aluminum 80" is a scuba tank made of aluminum that holds 80 cubic feet of air. Aluminum Scuba tanks are virtually all 3000 psi (207 bar) tanks, with a few exceptions like Aluminum 100's and Neutrally Buoyant ScubaTanks being 3300 psi. Steel Scuba tanks are normally indicated by either the LP or HP in the name, like a HP 130 means it's a high pressure tank (normally around 3450 psi) and holds 130 cubic feet of air, while a LP 107 scuba tank, while being about the same physical size, only holds 107 cubic feet due to the reduces pressure it can hold of 2400 psi or so....
