Our hassle free return policy allows you to shop with confidence! Knowing that your purchase can be returned or exchanged with absolutely no hassles!

If you get or give something and it doesn't fit, you changed your mind and want a different color, the thing is not what you expected or you just changed your mind... We Don't Care! We'll take care of you. No Problem - No Hassle. Just send us back any unused gear back 30 days from the point of sale and we will refund your money (minus the actual shipping cost), or decide to swap it for something else.

And even if you've used an item - but it didn't work out for you, you can return it for 30 days and we will credit you toward a like item. Check out the details on our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee page. If you want to read the whole leagilize version you can under Terms and Conditions.



Warranty
What about Warranty? If everything I buy covered by a full warranty??
Yes. We are an authorized dealer for everything we sell, and you will receive a full manufacturers warranty on all your products. For additional information, check out our Warranty Page.

Shipping
How do you guys ship?
Fast! Normally the same day, and we normally use UPS and only charge actual shipping rates. No handling fees are added to your order. Check out our Shipping Page for more info.

Sales Tax & Duties
Do I have to pay sales tax?

Only if in the state of Texas. Sales Tax of 8.25% will be added if you are in Texas.

What about overseas orders?
We have gotten some incredible rates from UPS for our overseas customers.
And UPS gets to you in just a few days. If you want to save some money, we can ship via US Postal Service, but it is much slower (up to a few weeks) and it is not trackable while in route. If you wish, simply Email [email protected] and let us know what you are thinking of getting and your address, and we can work up a shipping quote for you.

Also remember that for overseas orders, there may be taxes or duties assessed by your government. It is impossible for us to know all the duties for all countries, but you should be able to check with your local customs department.

 

Payment Methods
Do I have to order on the net with my credit card?
No! You can order using your credit card, PayPal or you can send us a cashiers check or money order, send a personal check, or you can have funds wired into our account. When you get to the checkout screen, you will have options to choose from there - or call us and we'll help!

If I do order with my credit card is this safe?
Yes! We use a secure server so your credit card information is probably safer than if you purchased something in a store.

New Products
Are all these products listed new?
Yes indeed! All products are new in the box (if they come with a box) unless otherwise stated. Sometimes we have some demo gear, or slighlty used gear that we will put on the page in our Demo & Used Area but if that is the case we will tell you in the product name.
